[f2py] Re: problem getting started on new install

I have f2py working on another Windows computer and as I looked into
it, it turns out that that computer first had enthought python
installed on it.  Enthought includes mingw and an include folder with
all the .h files that are causing errors in my stuff.  This may by
more of a mingw question, but where shoud I have gotten that include
directory from?  For now I just installed enthought python and then
reinstalled any packages I wanted to update.
