[f2py] Using f2py, dynamically loaded libraries, and common blocks

I want to load shared libraries at runtime using dlopen. There appears 
to be a communication mismatch between the dynamically loaded library 
and the calling program. This only occurs in python. Running a fortran 
main program using the dynamically loaded library works as expected.

I have attached a tarball with an example. See the file "process.txt" to 
see the problem I have run into.

Does anyone know how to correct this?
