[f2py] installation problem: Numeric missing

finally I got it running (via easy_install) but  due to the lack of 
VS2003 f2py is not working. -c mingw32 did not not help also

Probably the best I write everything in Fortran.

Visual Studio 2003 was not found on this system. If you have Cygwin 
installed,
you can try compiling with MingW32, by passing "-c mingw32" to setup.py.
