[f2py] python 2.6.1 and f2py from numpy1.2.0 don't work togethewr

I can report some measure of success

Doing as you suggested the extension module now works!!

However I am not sure what will be broken via removing this "|v1:v1"
string from the call to the PyArgs.......

Anyway I think your suspicion is now confirmed
