In this thesis a novel method based on the conformal mapping technique is considered for solving free surface problem of ideal incompressible irrotational flow. A detailed overview of the method is presented and evolution equations for numerical integration scheme as well as for analytical study are derived. Some examples of numerical calculations are demonstrated. The forth part of the work contains an orignal method developed by the author for solving evolution equations using perturbation theory with practical applications.
